Interested in becoming a member?

NICER is establishing membership for individuals and organisations that have an interest in the ultimate success of energy labelling. This includes sharing objectives such as:

• No derogation from the Directive by Ireland
• Effective, efficient energy labels backed by good information
• Leading to vigorous take-up of energy improvement recommendations
• Development of an efficient specialist improvements contracting structure
• Improved materials techniques equipment and competitiveness of energy products market
• Advances in relevant technologies and systems
• Significant improvements in national energy competitiveness
• Reduction of CO₂ and other environmental pollution

Members will operate a forum to discuss all issues arising that affect the above, including possible lobbying, informing the public, gathering of cost/benefit information, assembly of information relating to energy improvements, sharing of ideas etc.
